Had to source awinding handle for a remis skylight, extremely rare, phoned terry at alko he rounded me up one, and guess what , no charge, what an excellent result 100% in my book,!!!!!✌✌

I am writing to you and your team while I am on holiday, made possible due to your efforts. I contacted you on Monday 5th June about a broken suspension arm and by Friday 9th June you had manufactured it and I had fitted it to my caravan. The service provided was outstanding and very much appreciated. In an age where service is often times lacking AL-KO provided service and feedback which was as stated above , outstanding.
