DexKo Global is majority owned by funds managed by KPS Capital Partners, LP, an operationally-focused middle market private equity firm. A strategic staff of executives will manage DexKo out of Novi, Michigan with a focus on leveraging the resources of the combined companies.

AL-KO International Pty Ltd manufactures, markets and distributes a comprehensive range of products for the trailer, caravan and RV markets in Australia and New Zealand.
The company is best known for its high quality running gear range, including axles, brakes and suspension products. In addition AL-KO offers its customers a wide range of accessories, as well as motorhome chassis and under carriage components.
